I have nothing but good things to say about this particular office. Everyone was extremely kind from the front office ladies, to the nurses, the assistance and the doctor. They made me feel so comfortable and unlike other places that make you feel ashamed to have Dentures this place makes you feel so good about yourself. All of my fears and my anxiousness the people there made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office. I started with this office in May of 2023 and have been mostly pleased by all staff and Drs too ! However ever since you took 1 of the office girls away I see a decline in your customer service ! No one is to blame except the person that makes these decisions! Julie is a saint but she can not do it all and you shouldn’t expect her to. I called last week on a Monday morning , left message , called Tuesday left message , finally We’d she had time to call me back , you can see it and hear it in her voice ! Bad leaders make employees fail !! Your office is way too busy for one girl to do everything ! Shows me it’s all about the Money! Take care of your employees and they take of your business but don’t expect one person to do 2 jobs !! You should treat them better !!
Dr Matt and dr brannon did my wisdom teeth extractions and they did a great job in making me feel safe and comfortable during the experience. The pain afterwards isn’t the best but they gave me everything I can possibly need to make it manageable and I already feel way better after the 2nd day. The office is really clean and everyone I interacted with was very friendly, highly recommend!
Made an appointment about a week in advance and hadn't realized it fell on a holiday. The day of the appt I called to verify they were open, they're were, but then I was asked if I had insurance. Gave the rep my insurance carriers name only to find out that they don't accept BCBS federal dental plan. I was going to be driving about 45 minutes to this appointment, only to find out they don't take my insurance!! I'm glad I called first. These are the types of things that should be verified BEFORE the appt.
Great service and super friendly people. Got a replacement set of dentures and it's all very quick and relatively painless (it is only a pain in my wallet,lol)
Dr Brandon is such a great dentist. He makes you feel at ease. I was having problems finding a good dentist. It took me about 10 yrs to find someone whom I felt comfortable with. I can trust him to tell me what I need to hear. Not what he is trying to sell more services than are needed he is very honest. I look forward to going to the dentist. I always put it off until I had to go. Now I have no problem going to the office. The staff is so friendly. The staff has had a turnover recently. They are all very welcoming. The staff that has been there since I have been going to the office all know me by name and always say hi I'm A Client for LIFE!!!! Now there is a new dentist on board his name is Dr Matt. He is just as welcoming and professional as Dr. Brannon. I still have no problem going to see either of them. Keep up the good work . They are the best and should be rated as so👍💓
The staff and Doctor were so kind and professional. They did a great job explaining options. I highly recommend this office! I just went in for a follow up and the office staff and provider again were outstanding
